Frequently Asked Questions

How many spots are available?

50 total. Once all 50 are filled, the program closes. Applications are open until March 31, 2026, or until all spots are taken -- whichever comes first.

What happens after the first 12 months?

Your discount shifts from 50% off to 20% off. That 20% discount is permanent -- it stays with your account for as long as you remain a member.

What if I apply and do not get selected?

Waitlisted applicants receive a 30% discount on their first 6 months. Every applicant gets early access to the public beta starting February 15, 2026.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Your Founding Member discount follows you to whatever plan you choose. Upgrade or downgrade freely -- the discount applies to your current tier, always.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No contract. Month-to-month or annual billing. Cancel anytime. Your discount stays active as long as your account is active with no interruption longer than 90 days.

What if the product does not work for me?

Full refund within the first 30 days, no questions asked.

How are founding members selected?

Applications are scored on fit with our target use cases, number of sites or domains you manage, clarity of your pain point, and willingness to engage with the community.

When does the program officially start?

Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis (twice weekly). Accepted members can activate immediately. The Slack community launches once we reach 25 members.
